After a serious accident left him in a coma in 2013 he discovered acupuncture which he says “ gave him his life back”. As a practitioner he treats a wide variety of issues including infertility and women’s health. He has focused training in trigger point therapy for musculoskeletal pain. Essence completed her certification at Wellspring School of Allied Health with over 1000 hours of integrative technique and continued education. She has taken courses in Trigger point therapy, Swedish & Relaxation, Sports, Pre & Post natal, Passive and Facilitating stretch, Heat/Cold therapy and many other modalities.

She passed her National Board Exam and is Licensed to practice in Missouri, Olathe, Overland Park, Prairie Village and Leawood Kansas.

With each client, her touch will respect the inseparable connection between mind, body and spirit. While creating and establishing a partnership through practical medical bodywork and sensory enrichment massage therapy.
